Members of the community are welcome to attend Trust meetings.

Meetings are usually held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at the Trust Offices: 1st Floor, Norris Ward McKinnon House, Corner Victoria & London Streets, Hamilton.  No meeting is held in January.

Each monthly meeting is advertised in the public notices section of the Waikato Times, Hamilton This Week, North Waikato News and the Raglan Ink Ltd during the week prior to the meeting.  Monthly meetings are also advertised on the following radio stations:

• Classic Hits 98.6 ZHFM
• Newstalk ZB 97FM & 1296AM
• Community Radio Hamilton

If you wish to attend a Trust meeting please phone the Trust office to confirm that the meeting will be held.
